I loved my stay at Pillow Inn! The atmosphere was amazing and it was so easy to meet people. I even ended up doing a work trade and painting a mural for room and board. The facilities were great, especially the brand new layout. The pool was a nice touch and the location was perfect for walking around and exploring. My new year stay was amazing, with plenty of fun activities and great amenities. the complementary barbeque and live music on the terrace were fantastic. the location was perfect: close to the heart of the city, yet offering a cozy and peaceful ambiance. I especially enjoyed the pool parties and the chill spots where I could relax and socialize with other guests.

Although my experience was overall positive, there were a few things that could have been improved. the WiFi was spotty at times, which was a bit inconvenient.

The café and pool area were quite pleasant and relaxing with comfortable seating options and a good range of food and drinks to choose from. the staff members were kind and accommodating, making efforts to ensure that guests feel comfortable during their stay.

The facilities were a real letdown, as they appeared much older and shabbier than advertised. The rooms were quite small, and the bathrooms were cramped, with little to no space to move around.
